We have 27 units from studios to three bedrooms, a community room, laundry, garden, and wooded creek. We strive to live cooperatively and resolve conflicts peacefully. Issues are decided by consensus and every adult serves on the Board of Directors. All members commit to working at least eight hours per month for the benefit of the co-op in addition to serving on two committees and attending the monthly Board meeting. As well as sharing leadership and responsibilities, we enjoy the benefits of community living by partaking in a monthly potluck as well as social and educational events. This is a non-smoking campus.
