Serve the People San Jose, Affordable Housing Network, and other groups are organizing a community meeting to hear a report-back from the recent Right to the City national conference held in Atlanta, GA. In particular, the meeting will address Community Land Trusts and how to get them started in the South Bay. The meeting will be held at Alum Rock Library, 3090 Alum Rock Ave, San Jose.
Not directly cohousing-related but increasingly groups seeking permanent affordability are turning to land trusts as an option.
