Sweet little townhouse in progressive intentional community - it is located in West Davis at the ‘Muir Commons’ Cohousing development. It is about 3 miles from the main UCDavis campus.
The townhouse is a 1.5 story building with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath (about 1100 sq ft).
You should also are aware that a certain amount of community work as well as cooking once a month is required (but you get to eat about 15 times a month). This is a village within a city.
we have a couple of restrictions:
- no smokers
- absolutely no pets
yearly lease
all the usual paperwork (we use Nolo Press application, lease etc)
