Fourth and final regional cohousing bus tour of 2010 organized by the Cohousing Association of the United States (Coho/US). This one goes from the Bay Area to the Central Valley. It starts at Swan's Market Cohousing in Oakland and visits Pleasant Hill Cohousing as well as several Sacramento and Davis cohousing neighborhoods, including the first new-build and the first retrofit cohousing communities in the U.S., and a great example of how cohousing can provide affordability while enhancing an established neighborhood.
