Cohousing California is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of the 2011 National Cohousing Conference: Creating Better Neighborhoods for the Future, coming this June to the Washington, DC area, and we're hoping that you will join us in making the trip.
We will be participating in the conference (and the Cohousing University workshops that precede it) with a presence led by Cohousing CoachesRaines Cohen and Betsy Morris of Berkeley Cohousing, East Bay Cohousing (EBCOHO) community organizers. We know that Cohousing movement founders Chuck Durrett and Katie McCamant of Nevada City Cohousing will be there, along with a contingent from our Supporting Members forming Folsom group near Sacramento - how about you? Our Facilitation Intensive workshop series leader Laird Schaub will be there, along with Coho/US national tours director Neil Planchon, and many more.
We will have a full table in the conference exhibit area, where we'll be sharing info about existing communities and new opportunities throughout this wonderful state, and we would love to represent your community in our outreach there to the hundreds of key influencers in the cohousing movement who will participate from around the country.
